
Regents Bachelor of Arts degree is an innovative baccalaureate degree program designed for adult students. Students may earn college equivalent credit for selected work and life experiences by writing portfolios which are evaluated by faculty in appropriate areas. While the RBA program offers no majors, students may focus their program of study with a sequence of courses known as an area of emphasis.

Students learn about the forces that shape our lives in the marketplace, finance, personal and business accounting, the economic system, consumer behavior, and organizational leadership. The curriculum recognizes independent thinking, decision making, and effectiveness in a diverse workplace. Modeled on the dynamic relationships among the functional areas of business, the AOE emphasizes effective decisions that balance risks and rewards. Upon the completion of the AOE, you will have a stronger foundation for a career in a variety of business organizations, large or small.
