Courses requiring departmental approval often require students to contact Extended Learning once approval has been granted to them. Extended Learning can process registrations up until the first day of a course. Once a course begins, late registration approval is required from the Assistant or Associate Dean of the student’s college in order to process their registration.
Extended Learning begins requiring payment one week prior to the start of a term in order to process registrations. If a student has received financial aid on his/her account, registration will be processed pending the appropriate amount has been provided. If no aid has been processed, in order to process course registrations payment must be tendered. A minimum payment of 60% is required up until the first day of the term and full payment is required once the term begins in order to process registrations.
Students with account holds cannot be processed under any circumstances. They must contact the office who placed the hold on their account and have it lifted prior to registration being processed.
