Dropping a CourseStudents must properly withdraw from a course. Simply not attending a class does not constitute a formal withdrawal. See Admissions and Records rules on dropping a course. You may withdraw from a course through STAR System or by sending an a e-mail to an Extended Learning Customer Service Representative. Include your name, last four digits of your WVU student identification number, course number, course name, and credit hours.

Adding a Course You may also add a course up until the first day of any given term. After the first day, call Extended Learning at 1-800-2Learn2.
