The West Virginia Virtual Learning Network is an "electronic marketplace" for courses, programs and services. All courses and programs are offered by accredited colleges and universities in West Virginia and meet the Principles of Good Practice developed by the Southern Regional Electronic Campus.

All credits earned in courses and programs through the WVVLN are transferable. The acceptance of credits and the use of credits to meet program requirements are governed by the college or university to which the credits are being transferred. Students should consult the college or university for specific policies about credit transfer.
